FRISHER ice cream manufacturing systems are designed to deliver complete, high-performance solutions for professional and industrial ice cream production. Developed to meet strict quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards, these systems integrate advanced freezing, overrun control, and maturation technologies to ensure consistent and premium product results.

The PC200 / 400 continuous ice cream freezer offers overrun levels of up to 100% while maintaining absolute hygiene throughout the production process. The machine features a display indicating ice cream consistency, a pressure gauge for mixture pressure control, hot gas defrost valve, luminous safety signaling, and full AISI 304 stainless steel cladding for durability and sanitation.

The evaporator–beater system is engineered for long-term performance and precision. It includes a special nickel alloy evaporator cylinder internally coated with hard chrome, combined with a dual agitator system (one fixed and one mobile) equipped with hardened and ground stainless steel floating blades. A mechanical seal and front cover with a safety valve ensure secure mixture pressure control.

The BOMB piston pump is a reciprocating system that incorporates both mixture from the maturation vat and air through an adjustable valve at each suction stroke. The piston-barrel assembly is manufactured with wear-resistant materials and treatments, ensuring long service life. Pump speed is electronically regulated via a centralized control panel and powered by an AC motor controlled by a variable frequency drive.

Promel NG ice cream makers are part of the same integrated production concept, featuring a powerful computerized control system that adapts the machine to the specific needs of each ice cream maker. These machines offer compact and ergonomic design, adjustable mixing speed during production, self-diagnosis for fault detection, large recipe storage capacity, intuitive touchscreen control, integrated washing system, automated hardness measurement, and beaters with floating blades that self-adjust to wear.

The MMF maturation vats complete the ice cream manufacturing line, ensuring optimal mixture conditioning before freezing. These vats feature full AISI 304 stainless steel cladding, rectangular bins for optimized performance and space efficiency (up to 150 liters), electronic temperature indicators, three-phase agitator motors with automatic and manual control, programmable agitation cycles, bath temperature unification via recirculation pump, and a 38 mm mixing outlet valve. Larger units of 300 and 500 liters are also available for cold water banks. The mixture is maintained at a stable temperature between 0°C and 4°C for as long as required.
